What is postpartum blues?
Mild depression a woman can have after giving birth to her own baby is known as postpartum blues. It is so common everywhere around the world but we are not as aware about the issue here in India. Who can have ppb?
It’s been scientifically proven that around 60 to 80% women suffer from postpartum blues. Yes, that’s right, it is that common. The early symptoms of ppb are:

Who can suffer from it?

How to resolve the issue?

2) Prepare your partner or mother or a friend before you give birth so they can read between lines and help you when you need it the most.

What happens if you don’t resolve?
