Nidhi Shah’s Birth Story: After changing position baby was born in just 3 pushes

On 6th July evening I went to doctor for regular check-up. Doctor told me to wait for one week then she told we will think of inducing.

From there I went home and by 8’o clock mild contractions started so we decided to wait for some time.

By 11’o clock pain increased so we went to hospital, and doctor told me that I was already 4 cm diluted. Then they admitted me and induced pain and at 4’o clock in morning they took me in labor room, but my position they insisted on was not comfortable position for me to push, so I asked doctor that m not comfortable in this position, can I change the position?

And after changing position in just 3 pushes in morning 5’o clock I was blessed with baby girl. I really thank Neha mam, Tushita mam and pregnancy 101 for updating us about labor and specially those breathing exercise is much much helpful when the contractions starts.
