Pregnancy exercise benefits, see the video to believe it!

On 26-July-2017 Ahmedabad city received 6″ of rain just on one day. This caused water logging everywhere. Schools & many offices remained closed.

But Rita’s Pregnancy 101 classes were open and had a full batch of expectant mothers having a good time exercises & celebrating their pregnancy. Even pouring rain didn’t stop the girls to coming to their regular pregnancy exercise classes. See it to believe it!!
